BETWEEN SCHOOL HOLIDAYS:

A$300 per Weeknight (Mon,Tue,Wed,Thu), minimum of 3 nights, 4 guests; extra guests $50/night, max 8 guests.

A$400 per weekend night, minimum 2 nights, 4 guests; extra guests $50/night, max 8 guests.

A$2000 per 7  nights, 4 guests; extra guests $200 each, max 8 guests.


Australian SCHOOL HOLIDAYS:

A$400 per night, minimum 5 nights, rate is for 4 guests; extra guests $50/night, max 8 guests.

A$2500 per week (7 nights), rate is for 4 guests; extra guests $200 each.



XMAS NEW YEAR PEAK SUMMER: A$500 per night, minimum 5 nights, rate is for 4 guests, extra guests $50/night, max 8 guests.


All Rates include a standard 4 hour exit clean. Bedlinen and towels extra $20/guest except peak rates include bedlinen and bathtowels. Extra cleaning and damage is additional $s. No: parties/functions/smoking/animals/pets.
