BETWEEN SCHOOL HOLIDAYS:

A$250 per Weeknight (Sun,Mon,Tue,Wed,Thu), minimum of 4 nights, rate is for 4 guests; extra guests $60/night/guest, max 8 guests.

A$300 per weekend night, minimum 4 nights, rate is for 4 guests; extra guests $60/night/guest, max 8 guests.

A$1800 per 7  nights, 4 guests; extra guests $400/guest, max 8 guests.


Australian SCHOOL HOLIDAYS:

A$290 per weeknight, minimum 6 nights, rate is for 4 guests; extra guests $50/night/guest, max 8 guests.

A$340 per weekend night, minimum 6 nights, rate for 4 guests, extra guests $60/night/guest, max 8 guests.

A$2100 per week (7 nights), rate for 4 guests; extra guests $400/night/guest, max 8 guests.



XMAS NEW YEAR PEAK SUMMER: A$480 per night, minimum 6 nights, rate is for 4 guests, extra guests $60/night/guest, max 8 guests.


Additional to above rates is $360/stay to cover standard 4 hour exit clean. + additional $80/stay to cover Bedlinen and towels. Extra cleaning and damage is additional $s. STRICTLY NO: parties/functions/smoking/incense/animals/pets/ noise between 9pm and 8am/extra guests to those booked in with Reservations.

There is an additional $440- Refundable Damage Deposit per stay.
